Father’s Day Regional Thai Feast
This Father’s Day, spoil Dad with a bold Thai banquet inspired by the flavours of all four regions.
Start with freshly shucked oysters topped with fiery burnt chilli jam, followed by Northern-style crispy chicken caramelised with fragrant Mahkwan peppercorn.
Then, dive into smoky chargrilled squid dressed in lime and chilli. For mains, indulge in a rich Panang curry with tender Southern Ranges Porterhouse
and a crispy red snapper laced with garlic and chilli.
Served with jasmine rice, wok-fried cabbage, and finished with a silky pumpkin custard – this is a feast Dad won’t forget.
